How to Verify Your Account

On the home page, select “Verify my account.”

Step 2

Tap “Next.”

Step 3

Unlock Level 2 through KYC verification.

Step 4

Enter your personal information, financial goals, investment experience, and other required details.

Select the country that issued your I.D.

Step 6

Select the type of I.D. card you will use.

Step 7

Take a photo of your I.D. and a selfie, and wait PDAX to process your application.

Step 8

Check your inbox for a confirmation message.

How to Deposit Funds in Your Account

On the home page, select “Cash in.”

Step 2

Verify your mobile number.

Step 3

Tap “Verify now.”

Step 4

Enter your mobile number.

Step 5

Enter the codes sent to your mobile number and email address.

Step 6

Await the confirmation message.

Step 7

Select a bank or wallet from the list.

Step 8

Follow the instructions to cash in. In this example, we will use Gash.

Open your GCash account and select “Transfer.”

Select “View all” to see the list of partner banks.

Select PDAX from the list.

Enter the amount, account name, and account number. Be careful to enter the exact number of your PDAX account, not your mobile number.

Review the details and pay.

Enter the authentication code sent to your mobile number.

Wait for the email confirmation.

Now you can buy and trade crypto using your account.

Select a trading pair. In this example, we will use Bitcoin/Philippine Peso.

Enter the amount you wish to buy.
